Chris Menictas

Associate Professor, CENELEST, UNSW

Chris Menictas is an Associate Professor at UNSW Sydney and has been actively involved in the energy efficiency sector for over 20 years making significant contributions to industry in the development of national and international test standards for increasing energy efficiency. His research interests include: energy storage; flow battery and fuel cell systems; energy harvesting; temperature shifting devices for bio-medical applications, refrigeration and air conditioning efficiency optimisation; and thermal morphing. He is the Australian Project Leader for the newly established German-Australian Alliance for Electrochemical Technologies for Storage of Renewable Energy at UNSW.
