Chloe Hicks is the Executive Director of Strategy and Policy at the Energy Corporation of NSW (EnergyCo). She is responsible for driving EnergyCo’s regulatory processes, strategic policy advice, and business strategy.

With extensive experience in energy policy and government processes, Chloe has been instrumental in delivering major energy, climate change, and economic reforms, including the NSW Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap, Renewable Energy Zones (REZs), and enabling legislation.

She is passionate about ensuring energy infrastructure is developed in a way that benefits consumers and regional communities. As a Churchill Fellowship recipient, Chloe will travel to the US, Canada, UK, and Europe later in 2023 to study global best practices to inform the implementation of REZs in NSW.
